I want to find a financial professional (that is not a bank trying to sell loans and such and that is not consumer credit counseling) who can help review where we’ve been, help us see where we are, and help us with a financial boot camp to help us get to where we need to be. I don’t know if an Accountant or Financial Planner or Financial Adviser is the right person…We have money issues, and need some outside help, it’s clear that we can’t get out of this cycle ourselves.

However, they are in a lot of debt owe people money, have bad credit and the 3 of us together are living paycheck to paycheck- will the financial aid office care- or do they just care about the whole taxes return thing? My son-in-law will be getting out of the Marines this summer after 4 years,and will be doing 4years inactive duty. Is there anyone out there who knows what is available for him in financial aid? From what I read about the GI bill online, I’m not even sure he’ll be eligible for that.

I have been discriminated by the financial aid of my college. I plan to report them to the department of education or sue them by my lawyer or/and report them to one of the TV news. My question is if I want to report them to the department of education, how will I do that? What procedure do I need to follow? Can I sue them after I report them to the department of education? I need to advise several financial institutions with whom we have investments of this change. Is there a form that I need to request or particular department that I need to contact at each institution.

I have prepared copies of all the legal documents (POA, Trust, my mother’s death certificate, etc.), but I need to know what to do next.
